OIL CLEANING BIO-PRODUCTS LTD.   concentrate MULTI-PURPOSE OIL-REMOVAL & BIOREMEDIATION

Hegsurf.dc contains concentrated biodegradable oil-removal and bioremediation agents. The harmless natural bacteria are added when the liquid is diluted before use. Hydrocarbons and other organic chemicals are removed from soiled metallic, concrete or other surfaces and in the right conditions the bacteria feed on them and degrade them into harmless by-products of water and CO₂.

APPLICATIONS

Manufacturing, engineering, automotive: Routine application to workshop floors and machinery

Fuel oil depots, petrol stations: Removal of oil from deep-stained concrete and pipework

Road transport: Traffic film removal; oiled fuelling bays

Airports, emergency services: Removal of oil from hard standing, aircraft pads, roads and parking areas

Commercial: General purpose use in hotels and offices, on carpets, upholstery

Shipping: Engine room; bilges; painted surfaces

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

NOTE: The powdered bacterial culture contained in the inner cap is sufficient for the entire volume of concentrate in the container. When using part of the liquid only, use a proportionate amount of the bacterial culture, i.e. when using 1/4 of the concentrate add only 1/4 of the culture, and then add water, preferably lukewarm. Let stand for 30 minutes before use.

OIL-STAINED CONCRETE:

1:10 dilution. Several applications (pressure jet, or mop with brush to chase) may be needed for deep stains. Leave floor moist between applications. First applications may bring a slick to the surface. This should be hosed off before next application. Regular application to frequently oiled concrete will accelerate future bioremediation.

GRIMY ENGINES/MACHINERY:

Dilution 1:10 or more. Spray on. Wait 15 minutes. Remove with hose, jet or rag.

TRAFFIC FILM REMOVAL; VEHICLE INTERIORS:

1:20 - 1:80 dilution. Stronger solution for heavily caked vehicles.

WIPES/RAGS/HAND CLEANER:

1:5 dilution for rags - soaked overnight to remove oil. Apply neat to hands and rinse

STEAM APPLICATION:

Up to 1:80 dilution. Effective on oil but also removes scaling inside the heating coils.

ELECTRICAL PARTS, including printed circuit boards:

1:30 dilution. No warping. Parts must be well air-dried afterwards.
